This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist Account Executives throughout the pre-sale and post-sale processes, which includes developing proposals, entering orders, tracking campaigns, and generating reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, production, digital, promotions) to guarantee the seamless execution of campaigns across various platforms including radio, digital, podcast, social media, and events.

• Create sales materials such as presentations, summaries, and documents for clients utilizing tools like PowerPoint, Salesforce, and internal systems.

• Track campaign performance and help compile data for client reports and renewals.

• Oversee deadlines and deliverables to ensure that all client expectations are not just met, but surpassed.

• Act as a bridge between sales, programming, and operations to ensure cohesive communication and alignment.

• Assist with billing and reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy and timely execution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A team-oriented approach and a dedication to providing outstanding client service.

• A high regard for others and a firm belief in mutual respect.

• Ability to adhere to standardized procedures while recognizing when escalation is necessary.

• Competency in addressing straightforward problems by employing established protocols.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring follow-up until issues are resolved.

• Demonstration of common courtesy in communications with colleagues and external contacts.
