Inside Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company, with no cold calling involved.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video and create customized treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Present financing options and successfully close sales.

• Work collaboratively with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, including insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven individual who can manage their own pipeline and enjoys the flexibility of remote work.

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or the beauty industry.

• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
