Inside Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads without cold calling.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video and create tailored treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Discuss financing options and successfully close sales.

• Work in tandem with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-driven sales, including insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven and capable of managing your own pipeline while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

• A strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
