Inside Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company, avoiding cold list dialing.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video and create tailored treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Present financing options to clients and successfully close sales.

• Work in collaboration with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in consultative or commission-based sales, such as in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven, capable of managing your own pipeline, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work.

• A strong passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
