This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Follow up on current quotes at scheduled intervals.
• Interact with potential clients to grasp trip specifics, requirements, and decision-making timelines.
• Transform qualified leads into confirmed reservations.
• Establish connections with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and individual customers.
• Ensure ongoing communication throughout the sales process.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance.
• Address customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and safety.
• Emphasize the company's value propositions (safety record, reliability, and quality of service).
• Actively close sales and secure deposits.
• Keep precise records of all interactions within the CRM system.
• Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversion results.
• Ensure that no opportunities are overlooked.
• Collect feedback from lost or inactive leads.
• Identify patterns in objections or lost business.
• Offer insights to management for enhancing pricing, service, and sales strategies.
• Over 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center roles.
• Strong presence on phone and excellent written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Capable of managing multiple inquiries and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
