This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Follow up on existing quotes at scheduled intervals
• Engage with prospects to gather trip details, requirements, and timelines for decision-making
• Transform qualified leads into confirmed reservations
• Establish strong relationships with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and individual customers
• Maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process
• Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, and safety
• Emphasize the company's value propositions
• Actively close sales and secure deposits
• Keep precise records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversion results
• Collect feedback from leads that were lost or became inactive
• Recognize trends in objections or lost business opportunities
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment
• Strong presence on the phone along with excellent written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-driven with a focus on results
