This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Follow up on existing quotes according to scheduled times.
• Engage with prospects to gain insights into trip details, requirements, and decision timelines.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed reservations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and individual customers.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and safety.
• Emphasize the company's value propositions, including safety record, reliability, and service quality.
• Proactively close sales and secure deposits from customers.
• Keep precise records of all interactions within the CRM system.
• Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversion results.
• Ensure that no opportunities are overlooked.
• Collect feedback from leads that were lost or became inactive.
• Identify patterns in objections or lost business opportunities.
• Provide management with insights to enhance pricing, service, and sales strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
• Strong telephone presence along with effective written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
