
Inside Sales – Civil Engineering and Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and monitor leads as they progress through the sales funnel, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and evaluating performance.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and follow up on proposals to potential clients.
• Assist the Marketing and Product departments by collecting feedback from potential customers and identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates.
• Engage with prospective customers via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and conduct follow-ups to facilitate conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• A curious and investigative mindset geared towards problem-solving.
• Empathetic approach to understanding and guiding customers.
• Strong skills in organization and time management.
• Previous experience in sales.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
• Experience with SaaS is a plus.
• Background in the construction industry is preferred.
