This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to final closing.
• Operate with an emphasis on targets, metrics, and achieving consistent outcomes.
• Facilitate strategic meetings, pinpoint clients' challenges, and offer precise solutions.
• Utilize and maintain CRM systems to ensure effective management and tracking of opportunities.
• Play a pivotal role in advancing the commercial sector by contributing innovative ideas and ongoing enhancements.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales (B2B or B2C) throughout all phases of the sales funnel.
• Understanding of negotiation strategies and consultative selling techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools is advantageous.
• Capability to monitor and assess commercial KPIs.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
