This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Qualify leads through remote communication methods, pinpointing sales opportunities.
• Present to potential clients via phone calls and online platforms.
• Assess customer needs to propose suitable solutions that align with their requirements.
• Finalize sales and negotiate terms with customers, ensuring satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, update information in the CRM (HubSpot), and create sales performance reports.
• Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRMs, sales automation tools, video conferencing software, and other online communication platforms.
• Sales Techniques: Understanding of sales methodologies including lead qualification, proposal creation, and deal closure.
• Negotiation: Skill in negotiating sales terms and finalizing agreements that benefit both the organization and the client.
• Data Analysis: Ability to evaluate sales data and performance metrics to recognize trends and improvement opportunities.
