This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute proactive outbound prospecting to target companies
• Identify and engage decision-makers in HR, marketing, and corporate events
• Qualify leads while understanding client requirements
• Conduct meetings aimed at closing sales
• Document interactions within the CRM system
• Assist in generating opportunities for corporate events, lectures, and stand-up presentations
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
• Conduct performance review meetings with the Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and disciplined approach to managing leads
• Commercial mindset with the ability to initiate and engage in conversations
• Genuine interest in B2B sales
• Capability to identify business opportunities
• Prior experience in Inside Sales or a commercial/sales role
• Background in outbound prospecting
• Commission for each closed deal
