This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform high-volume cold calling, email outreach, independent research, and prospecting to engage with indie game publishers.
• Discover new business opportunities and qualify leads effectively.
• Offer turnkey solutions, including sponsorship packages, and relay larger programs to the appropriate Sales leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with indie advertisers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Keep abreast of indie gaming trends, new releases, and emerging studios to pinpoint potential partnership opportunities.
• A strong passion for gaming, entertainment, technology, and pop culture is advantageous.
• Excellent entry-level role for individuals aspiring to enter the fields of digital media, marketing, sales, or business development.
• Capability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and cold outreach on a daily basis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at various levels.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while juggling multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and demonstrate persistence.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing goals and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry or indie game sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in internships, customer service, retail, campus leadership, or sales lead generation is beneficial but not essential.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools is advantageous.
• 6% commission net after campaign hard costs.
