This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the primary contact for leads through WhatsApp and web forms.
• Assess and qualify clients based on project type, location, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate the schedule and arrange meetings with partners.
• Prepare and send commercial proposals utilizing established templates.
• Maintain engagement with leads through follow-ups to keep the pipeline active.
• Update spreadsheets and conversion reports regularly.
• Adhere to the brand's communication standards and tone.
• Strong, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient with digital tools such as WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Background in commercial/customer service, inside sales, or pre-sales is preferred.
• A keen interest in architecture and interior design.
