This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Generate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting.
• Reach out to expired listings, FSBOs, and contacts within the database.
• Execute circle prospecting and campaigns aimed at reactivating the database.
• Address objections and nurture leads through regular follow-up.
• Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
• Foster long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes and adhere to established workflows.
• Preferred experience includes working with expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, investor leads, cash offer leads, and long-term nurturing campaigns.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate Inside Sales Agent OR 2+ years of outbound prospecting focused on sellers.
• Proven experience in seller lead generation, lead qualification, and setting appointments.
• Strong skills in handling objections and following up.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, including a clear and professional speaking style.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on building relationships.
• USD base salary + Performance Bonuses ($5 for each Booked Appointment) + $65 for each Kept Appointment.
