Inside Sales Agent, Debt/Credit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

• In the role of a Remote Sales Development Representative, you will be essential in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth targets.

• This dynamic position entails No Cold Calling! (Leads are pre-qualified), the flexibility to work from home, and the use of advanced software tools to engage with prospective customers.

• Your outstanding communication capabilities, persuasive skills, and a commitment to an "Always Be Closing" approach will be crucial for your success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the United States credit sector, encompassing but not limited to credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.

• Ability to pitch and close credit repair solutions tailored to the profiles and credit scenarios of customers.

• Adhere to a step-by-step guide to promote TCP's credit repair products and address client concerns effectively.

• Strive to not only meet but exceed quotas and KPIs in performance.

• Proficient use of TCP’s technology tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in daily operations.

• Start Date: Immediate.

• Availability for remote full-time work with one unpaid 01-hour break during a 09-hour shift.

• Work schedule options:

• - Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM & Saturday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST (Wednesday & Sunday Off)

• - Option 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST (Wednesday & Sunday Off)

• Must Bring Your Own Device: A computer that meets our requirements is essential.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in the B2C focused financial and banking services industry.

• Understanding of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.

• A customer-first attitude with empathy towards their needs.

• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

• A strong desire to learn and master TCP’s technological suite.
