This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
• Sales Development Representative focused on acquiring clients and driving revenue growth.
• Achieving objectives by leveraging advanced software tools to engage potential customers.

• Strong communication skills, persuasive talents, and a determined "Always Be Closing" attitude are essential for success.
• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the United States credit sector, covering areas such as credit cards, credit repair, history, scoring, and reporting.
• Proficient in pitching and closing credit repair solutions tailored to customers' profiles and credit situations.
• Adhering to a structured guide to promote TCP's credit repair offerings and addressing client concerns effectively.
• Committed to exceeding quotas and KPIs, consistently delivering high performance.
• Familiarity with TCP’s technology toolkit (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for daily tasks.
• Start Date: Immediate availability.
• Remote full-time position with one unpaid 01-hour break during a 09-hour shift.
• Work schedule options:
• - Option 1: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• - Option 2: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM EST
• - Option 3: Monday to Friday: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST
• Bring Your Own Device: A computer that meets our specifications is required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C-oriented financial and banking services.
• Understanding of the United States credit landscape, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• Customer-first approach with an empathetic mindset towards their needs.
• Excellent communication abilities and a solution-focused attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and familiarize oneself with TCP’s technological suite.
