⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the U.S. credit sector, including but not limited to credit cards, credit repair, credit history, scores, and reporting.

• Ability to pitch and finalize credit repair solutions tailored to customers' profiles and credit situations.

• Follow a structured guide to promote TCP's credit repair offerings while addressing client concerns effectively.

• Strive to not only meet quotas and KPIs but to excel in performance.

• Utilize TCP’s technology suite (including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in daily operations.

• Start date: Immediate.

• Full-time remote availability with one unpaid hour break during a nine-hour shift.

• Work schedule options:

• - Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM & Saturday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST (Wednesday & Sunday off).

• - Option 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST (Wednesday & Sunday off).

• Bring Your Own Device: You must have a computer that meets our specifications.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.

• Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.

• A customer-first approach and empathy towards their needs.

• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.

• A desire to learn and familiarize oneself with TCP’s technological suite.
