Inside Sales Agent – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Enthusiastically engage potential patients with confidence and professionalism from the initial call.

• Transform inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations through consultative dialogue and relationship development.

• Inform patients about procedures, financing choices, and the NVISION experience.

• Address objections and assist hesitant callers in feeling assured about proceeding.

• Provide a concierge-level experience that surpasses expectations.

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to reconnect with prospective patients and enhance conversions.

• Establish trust while professionally representing surgeons and clinical teams.

• Utilize empathy and sound judgment while assisting anxious or upset callers.

• Accurately coordinate appointments across various clinic locations.

• Collaborate with clinic teams to promote patient retention and satisfaction.

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on offerings and procedures.

• Achieve and surpass performance metrics related to conversion rates, booking, and patient satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer engagement (including inside sales, retail, real estate, appointment setting, hospitality, or similar fields).

• Demonstrated ability to influence discussions and convert opportunities into appointments or sales.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills characterized by confidence and professionalism.

• A competitive, goal-driven mindset paired with a robust work ethic.

• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong emotional intelligence and a knack for quickly establishing connections.

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, elective procedures, or ophthalmology is advantageous.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, or Utah.
