Teleoperador/a, Ventas y Cobranzas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries from clients and users through phone calls, instant messaging, social media, or other channels.

• Execute sales and/or collection campaigns across various channels.

• Participate in training sessions, feedback meetings, and coordination activities, and complete evaluations either in-person or virtually.

• Demonstrate continuous improvement in performance.

• Escalate complex cases to the academic or administrative departments of the university.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement of completed secondary education.

• At least 6 months of experience in collections and/or sales is essential.

• Full availability for working hours.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Minimum processor of Core i3 or Ryzen 3 with dual-core capability.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Resolution of 1024 x 768.

• Hard drive capacity of 128 GB.

• Capable of handling calls with a pleasant tone of voice, persuasive, and empathetic.
