Inside Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Schedule 8–10 qualified appointments each day

• Make over 200 calls daily

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls

• Adhere to a proven script while ensuring conversations remain natural

• Quickly establish rapport with clients

• Professionally address objections

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role such as sales, service, call center, appointment-setting, or phone-based positions

• Excellent communication abilities

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
