• Engage students and their families through consultative sales discussions related to standardized test preparation, admissions counseling, and academic support services provided by The Princeton Review.
• Utilize a consultative sales methodology to evaluate customer needs, offer tailored recommendations, handle objections, and guide clients through the purchasing journey.
• Establish long-lasting relationships and credibility with students and families to cater to their ongoing educational requirements and future service needs.
• Represent and convey The Princeton Review's mission and brand experience in every interaction with customers.
• Aim to meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals for both individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to maintain and enhance essential sales metrics.
• Oversee a substantial sales pipeline while managing inbound phone coverage, outbound follow-ups, and customer outreach efforts.
• Accurately and consistently monitor sales activities using Salesforce.com and other relevant systems.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to cultivate a competitive, positive, and motivating team environment.
• Assist in implementing additional initiatives and ensure an exceptional experience for enrolled students.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills while juggling multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of one year of direct-to-consumer sales experience, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Highly competitive with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and capable of quickly building trust and rapport with potential customers.
• Adaptable and eager to learn rapidly while demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including effective listening, probing, objection handling, and problem resolution skills.
• Highly organized and proficient in managing pipelines, tasks, and follow-up activities with customers.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with prospective customers for the first time.
• Technologically savvy and familiar with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce.com is advantageous.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining connections with managers and colleagues.
• Experience or interest in education, test preparation, admissions, or academic support services.
