• Engage with existing clients to rekindle relationships and stimulate consignment activities.
• Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
• Utilize strong client connections to secure referrals for new business opportunities.
• Conduct daily outreach to current clients.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Review contracts with clients.
• Establish pricing expectations based on a thorough understanding of luxury, while using internal tools and resources.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, direct sales role.
• Capability to quickly establish rapport and build trust and credibility with clients.
• Proficient and comfortable using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems.
• Must be able to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week).
• Self-driven with a strong motivation to achieve results.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on growth.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Prior experience in selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred.
• Ability to discuss and advise clients on general fashion trends and developments within the luxury market.
• Base salary plus uncapped commission.
• $1,000/month commission (at target) - top performers earning over $2,000+/month in commission.
