Inside Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly outbound sales calls and maintain proactive communications with agencies.

• Enhance production through increased quotes and written premium.

• Engage with agencies in a designated state or territory to achieve and surpass annual targets.

• Collaborate with field sales executives to pinpoint sales opportunities and enhance revenue profitably.

• Build and nurture agency relationships to meet sales quotas and business objectives.

• Implement outbound sales call targets effectively.

• Identify and address issues impacting profitable growth and the perception of the company and agency.

• Work in conjunction with the field Sales and Product teams to meet team goals and facilitate agent growth.

• Foster new agency appointments through a structured onboarding process.

• Lead and participate in agency training sessions.

• Manage agency relationships to promote quote adoption and drive positive production.

• Engage in strategy and tactical discussions with field Sales partners and Inside Sales leadership.

• Attend insurance association conventions, seminars, trade shows, and events related to agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in the insurance industry, though not mandatory.

• A college degree is desirable.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

• Ability to analyze statistical data from company reports and formulate action plans.

• Strong communication skills.

• Competence in public speaking.

• Flexible and highly motivated self-starter.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Effective time management skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for fieldwork and agency visits.
