This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Drive sales performance within the designated region by utilizing solution selling techniques and effective territory management.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and key product growth quotas.
• Introduce new products and service offerings to the market.
• Maintain a diverse portfolio to meet the needs of the territory and the business.
• Showcase success in growth metrics and other relevant sales indicators.
• Enhance technical knowledge, verbal communication, and veterinary practice expertise.
• Cultivate relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel, providing exceptional service.
• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Utilize insights and consultative selling to inform clients and align their business requirements with Zoetis solutions.
• Achieve departmental KPIs related to customer engagement and effective use of Zoetis tools and technologies.
• Create and implement an annual Territory Business Plan.
• Develop and set SMART goals across the Zoetis product range.
• Leverage Zoetis resources, including samples, educational materials, and events, to optimize ROI.
• Employ the Customer Relationship Management system to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Inside and Digital Sales Manager to refine territory strategies.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues at Zoetis and across various functional teams.
• Complete the Zoetis product and industry Learning and Development curriculum.
• Fulfill an annual Individual Development Plan.
• Travel occasionally for regional and national sales meetings and onsite educational training sessions.
• An Associate degree is required.
• An undergraduate degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of veterinary medicine are preferred.
• Proven success in previous roles, including creatively identifying opportunities and resolving issues to enhance sales performance.
• Proficiency in using analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical execution.
• Capability to manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Strong strategic selling skills.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in a succinct manner.
• Professional demeanor and presentation skills.
• Highly focused and results-driven, with the ability to identify and prioritize goals.

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook, with the ability to learn Zoetis systems.
