This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Advarra products and services to clients and potential customers within the designated segment.
• Oversee a sales pipeline from initial engagement to contract finalization.
• Meet booking, revenue, and profit targets within specified account territories.
• Discover sales opportunities through daily prospecting activities.
• Assess opportunities and effectively utilize Advarra's resources.
• Consistently achieve booking, revenue, and profit goals within the assigned territory.
• Engage in daily prospecting through various strategies to enhance the sales pipeline.
• Take full responsibility for closing sales transactions with clients and prospects.
• Work in collaboration with the Contracts & Legal team to facilitate mutual NDAs, MSAs, etc.
• Partner with Advarra’s Service & Solution Sales Teams to advance pipeline development.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to follow up on leads.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations in a virtual setting.
• Maintain and refresh contact, account, and opportunity information within the company's systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Prepare and provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with multitasking capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage in a web-based environment.
• Ability to establish executive credibility and navigate organizational politics and competitive landscapes.
• Robust business planning skills.
• Solid analytical and technical competencies.
• Self-motivated, able to take responsibility, and thrive in a professional team setting.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated persistence and determination in achieving goals.
• Proven success with a process-driven approach to selling.
