This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.
• Drive new business by conducting daily outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
• Establish connections with dealerships and engage with General Managers, Dealer Principals, and ownership groups.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions and personalized demonstrations linked to tangible business results.
• Oversee the entire deal cycle from initial call through to negotiation and closure.
• Keep a well-organized and disciplined pipeline in Salesforce.
• Regularly achieve (and surpass) monthly revenue objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience selling SaaS or CRM solutions to auto dealerships.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced outbound (hunter) sales environment.
• Confident in making cold calls and adept at navigating past gatekeepers.
• Excellent skills in discovery and handling objections.
• Ability to effectively communicate return on investment and business impact.
• Well-organized, consistent, and accountable for both activities and results.
