This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate sales opportunities; expand and enhance broker network within designated territory.
• Implement and refine innovative sales strategies to engage potential brokers and clients to generate sales prospects.
• Establish robust business relationships and foster rapport with potential clients and/or brokers.
• Work in collaboration with Client Managers and Market Directors within the assigned territory.
• Liaise with Operations and other stakeholders to smoothly onboard new clients and sustain broker relationships.
• Offer plan design alternatives, sales data, and rate estimates to prospective clients and brokers.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
• Capability to meet the established product and sales learning curve to fulfill sales and revenue objectives.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and a willingness to learn and excel in internal systems.
• Proven success in achieving sales and revenue targets with significant account management responsibilities.
• Familiarity with underwriting, products, services, and the healthcare sector.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary agent licensing requirements for the states within the assigned sales territory.
• Eligible for bonuses and commissions.
