This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take ownership of your annual and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring pipeline health is your responsibility, not that of your manager.
• Conduct high-velocity, full-cycle sales from initial outreach to signed contracts, typically within a 30 to 60-day timeframe.
• Identify and target mid-market accounts across various sectors that can benefit from Lucidya's CX intelligence solutions.
• Lead discovery discussions that reveal genuine business challenges rather than just superficial interest - your focus is on selling solutions, not just features.
• Confidently demonstrate the product and tailor your presentation to address what truly matters to each buyer.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs to ensure a continuous flow of quality meetings and provide constructive feedback to enhance their targeting and qualification processes.
• Accurately forecast and maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM - you know the status of every deal and the reasons behind it.
• Tackle objections directly and navigate procurement, legal, and stakeholder challenges without losing momentum.
• Work together with Customer Success on handovers that prepare clients for a successful start.
• Stay informed about the market, competitors, and changing customer expectations.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, with a proven history of consistently achieving sales quotas.
• You excel in a dynamic environment. Quick sales cycles invigorate you - you prefer to build momentum rather than wait for it.
• You are self-reliant. You don’t require a fully developed playbook to excel; you can establish structure in ambiguity.
• You communicate effectively and credibly with business decision-makers, including department heads, operations leaders, and executives in growing companies.
• You possess commercial acumen. You understand deal economics, discount strategies, and how to close deals without compromising too much.
• You are organized and dependable. Your pipeline is authentic, your forecasts are trustworthy, and your follow-ups occur without prompting.
• You know how to collaborate with SDRs - you provide them with honest feedback, treat them as partners, and assist in their development.
• Experience in CX, analytics, social listening, or AI-driven platforms is highly advantageous.
