β’ Develops weekly action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets.
β’ Identifies sales opportunities and reaches out to these and other assigned accounts.
β’ Conducts at least 50 unique calls each week.
β’ Follows up on new leads and referrals generated from call activities.
β’ Presents and promotes the company's products and services to both current and prospective clients over the phone.
β’ Builds and nurtures relationships with existing and potential clients.
β’ Collaborates with company personnel to ensure the completion of tasks necessary to finalize sales.
β’ Maintains a daily task and call log that includes contact titles, phone numbers, product discussions, and subsequent steps.
β’ Regularly meets or surpasses set monthly sales targets consistently.
β’ A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelorβs degree in business or marketing is preferred.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing with a focus on selling multiple products.
β’ Proven experience working from a database, managing a list of numerous customers and prospects is essential.
β’ Strong proficiency with SugarCRM is required.
β’ Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
