
Inside Medical and Laboratory Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Develops weekly action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets.
• Identifies sales opportunities and reaches out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Conducts at least 50 unique calls each week.
• Follows up on new leads and referrals generated from call activities.
• Presents and promotes the company's products and services to both current and prospective clients over the phone.
• Builds and nurtures relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborates with company personnel to ensure the completion of tasks necessary to finalize sales.
• Maintains a daily task and call log that includes contact titles, phone numbers, product discussions, and subsequent steps.
• Regularly meets or surpasses set monthly sales targets consistently.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing with a focus on selling multiple products.
• Proven experience working from a database, managing a list of numerous customers and prospects is essential.
• Strong proficiency with SugarCRM is required.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
