• Drive revenue expansion by prospecting and identifying opportunities within your designated territory.
• Discover and secure new business with both small independent and franchise dealers.
• Develop new sales prospects within assigned territories by collaborating with teams of Regional Sales Managers.
• Utilize effective communication skills to build relationships with potential customers from initial contact through to online or onsite demonstrations.
• Engage in calls/cold calls to dealer prospects to uncover sales opportunities and achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Record all activities in SalesForce.com.
• Strategize independently and collaboratively to address deal-level challenges.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, sales, and territory management skills to work effectively with teams across the organization.
• 2-5 years of experience in the automotive dealership sector.
• 2-5 years of experience in a call center or equivalent, with relevant knowledge.
• 2-5 years of sales experience (inside or outside) along with familiarity with related applications and tools.
• A degree in a related field is highly preferred (e.g., finance, business, etc.).
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, as well as Salesforce.com.
