This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of managing and nurturing existing customers while identifying and developing high-potential new clients.
• Drive profitable growth by conducting customer needs assessments, creating proposals, executing follow-ups, and engaging in cross-selling initiatives.
• Manage order processing and conduct price negotiations independently.
• Strategically plan and oversee customer campaigns utilizing CRM data.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, ensuring effective coordination of field sales and lead processing.
• Keep customer information and market insights up to date, contributing to overall sales success.
• Completion of commercial training, preferably with an emphasis on sales or wholesale and foreign trade.
• Proven experience in active sales, customer account management, or inside sales roles.
• Strong product knowledge or a solid technical understanding.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude: ability to identify opportunities, act solution-oriented, and proactively engage with customers.
• Exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a keen understanding of customer needs.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, focus on solutions, and a keen attention to profitability.
• Organized, reliable work style with a readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Proficient in using digital tools, such as CRM systems and MS Office applications, including Teams.
