This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries: no cold calling; oversee inbound lead channel of warm prospects.
• Assess leads utilizing OPAL.
• Participate in on-site meetings with key clients, approximately 1–2 each month.
• Generate and finalize sales opportunities via our distribution partners.
• Independently review public tenders.
• Create needs-based, customized proposals.
• Follow up on and successfully close proposals.
• Demonstrated history of success in sales.
• Strong product and brand knowledge in workwear, rental laundry, or contract/industrial laundry — preferably acquired at a rental laundry provider or workwear manufacturer.
• Excellent negotiation abilities, self-motivated, and highly driven.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
