• Ensure pipeline integrity, precise forecasting, and adherence to best practices by utilizing advanced technology tools and market insights to enhance customer engagement.
• Function in a dynamic hybrid role with occasional travel for significant customer and partner interactions.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving a minimum of 100% quota attainment or year-over-year growth of 10% or greater.
• Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle.
• Enthusiastic about sales and fostering positive relationships.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition to customers.
• Capability to engage in active listening to uncover customer challenges—both present and future—and suggest solutions to enhance their processes.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities for analyzing the pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts.
• Excellent relationship management skills for building trust and achieving results with partners and customers.
• Adaptable and resilient problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys sharing fresh insights and innovations.
