Inpatient Orders/Bugsy Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions that ensure secure and efficient patient care.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

• Work together with various departments to facilitate project implementations.

• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance process improvement and alignment.

• Maintain optimal system performance and ensure satisfaction among end-users.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working as an Epic Applications Analyst.

• At least 2 years of experience in building Epic applications.

• Certification in Epic Inpatient Orders and Bugsy.

• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability consistently.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on processes.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.
