This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Actively seek out new opportunities for Innovation offerings within the current Trace3 customer base.
• Proactively cultivate new Trace3 clients through the aforementioned Innovation offerings.
• Engage with senior-level executives by fostering relationships, building trust, conducting meaningful discussions, diagnosing needs, resolving issues, and identifying relevant resources.
• Oversee each client engagement from initial introduction to successful team transition, including regular check-ins until closure.
• Skillfully manage the requirements of all team members (both internal and client personnel) to guide each project to a successful conclusion.
• Identify trends among client needs to inform ongoing research and product development.
• Promote collaboration among all teams (Innovation, Trace3 Field, & Client).
• Ensure alignment between client interests and the Company’s objectives.
• Raise any risks and issues to Sales and Innovation management as required.
• Coordinate communication between Trace3 and each client, determining what, when, and how information is conveyed.
• Serve as the primary contact and collaborator for each assigned client engagement.
• Build rapport and confidence with assigned clients and Trace3 Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure client engagements are pertinent, beneficial to all parties, and aligned with Sales and Client goals.
• Drive revenue growth with both existing and new clients through all Innovation offerings.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in successful consultative selling and account development of Commercial Enterprise accounts.
• Proven leadership and initiative in effectively driving specialty sales in accounts - including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the capability to manage diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly shifting priorities.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with clients at all levels.
• Strong conflict resolution and mediation abilities.
• Proven track record in planning, developing, and overseeing multiple projects, with the ability to meet established customer-driven deadlines.
