📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to uncover unmet needs and significant challenges in foodservice packaging.

• Transform real-world customer scenarios into innovative packaging solutions.

• Establish credibility and trust with clients by gaining a thorough understanding of application requirements.

• Oversee the custom application development process from initial concept to handover to product development.

• Create and enhance packaging designs that align with performance, manufacturability, and cost targets.

• Utilize rapid prototyping and iterative learning to expedite speed to market.

• Assume full responsibility for project results, timelines, and execution within application innovation.

• Manage several development projects effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Produce outcomes that lead to commercial success and deliver value to customers.

• Collaborate across sales, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

• Maintain a balance between independent ownership and collaborative involvement.

• Communicate effectively to align stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Product Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Proven experience in developing packaging concepts.

• Experience in project management.

• Strong ability to cultivate relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with plastics and sustainable materials.
