Ink Maker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Adhere to batch guidelines for weighing, charging, and mixing inks

• Comprehend and execute mixing protocols along with raw material specifications

• Supervise temperature and mixing speeds, making adjustments when necessary

• Execute milling processes, modifying pump speeds and mill rates as required

• Filter, package, and label finished inks

• Implement quality control adjustments as directed

• Measure raw materials for the production of high-quality printing ink

• Operate mixers in a safe and efficient manner

• Package the final products

• Safely operate a forklift

• Manage mills securely and efficiently to grind raw materials for ink production

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 6 months prior manufacturing experience

• Experience operating a forklift

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic skills in math, communication, and mechanics

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Office) applications

• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts

• Availability for overtime and weekend shifts

• Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, physical examination, and background check required
