This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Administration and support of high availability Linux/Unix environments.
• Management and evolution of virtualized platforms and critical infrastructures.
• Administration of middleware servers (Apache, Nginx, JBoss, Redis, Memcached, and similar technologies).
• Management of SAN environments and enterprise storage systems.
• Oversight of replications, snapshots, and storage strategies.
• Administration of backup platforms and disaster recovery utilizing Commvault.
• Design, maintenance, and validation of business continuity strategies (active/active, active/standby, and active/backup).
• Execution of recovery tests and contingency plans (DRP/BRS).
• Task automation through scripting.
• Resolution of critical incidents, root cause analysis, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Technical coordination of service operations, organizing priorities, tracking incidents, and ensuring service level compliance.
• Serve as a technical reference for the team, collaborating with other infrastructure teams and participating in the continuous improvement of processes and operational procedures.
• Strong experience in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Knowledge of virtualization.
• Experience managing web and application servers such as Apache, Nginx, JBoss, Redis, Memcached, or similar technologies.
• Experience in SAN environment management, enterprise storage systems, replication, and snapshots.
• Knowledge of Commvault and backup platforms.
• Experience in high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of automation using Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents in critical environments.
• Experience coordinating services or technical infrastructure teams, distributing tasks, prioritizing activities, and monitoring service operations.
• Capacity to act as a technical reference and facilitate coordination among different teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
