Ingeniero DevOps Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and/or optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

• Apply best practices in software engineering.

• Ensure solutions align with the standards set by DevOps, Security, Cloud, and Architecture teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduated, Bachelor’s degree, or certified in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Previous experience in development or automation.

• Knowledge of Git (version control).

• Programming skills in Python or Java.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in CI/CD and pipeline automation.

• Familiarity with using Jenkins for pipelines.

• Understanding of containerization with Docker.

• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals.

• Basic theoretical knowledge of Azure or AWS.

• Basic theoretical knowledge of Terraform (IaC).

• Basic theoretical knowledge of Ansible.

• Basic theoretical knowledge of DevSecOps.

• Basic theoretical knowledge of integration with quality or security tools.

• Basic theoretical knowledge of scripting for automation.

• Desirable: Experience with Argo CD / GitOps.

• Desirable: Familiarity with OpenShift.

• Desirable: Experience in multi-platform environments (cloud/on-premise).

• Desirable: Programming skills in Groovy.

• Strong logical and analytical thinking.

• Focus on automation.
