This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Management of functional safety.
• Development and maintenance of the Safety Plan.
• Creation of the Safety Case.
• Coordination of ISO 26262 activities across system, hardware, and software levels.
• Management of safety audits and assessments.
• Ensure technical consistency across various engineering domains.
• Guarantee the proper implementation of Automotive SPICE processes (mainly levels 2 and 3).
• Prepare and support ASPICE audits, both internal and client-facing.
• Definition of the current status.
• Implementation of SPICE processes.
• Management of work products.
• Monitoring of process performance.
• Plan tasks, distribute workloads, and track deliverables.
• Ensure the technical and methodological quality of the team's work.
• Participate in and lead key technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) alongside clients and internal stakeholders.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar projects.
• Systems Engineering (V-model).
• Automotive SPICE (PRM / PAM).
• Knowledge of ISO26262.
• Requirements management and traceability.
• Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Jama, Polarion, or similar (valued).
• Good level of English (minimum demonstrable B2).
• Other languages such as French and Chinese are a plus.
• Experience as a SPICE auditor.
