This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Meeting sales targets through the direct marketing of the company's products or services.
• Executing sales tactics to achieve sales volume, product diversity, and profit goals.
• Engaging with potential customers, delivering persuasive sales presentations, offering technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and providing accurate pricing quotes.
• Tracking sales performance against forecasts and contributing to the assessment of market potential for the designated area.
• Collaborating closely with customer service and operations teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Offering insights to the immediate supervisor and marketing team for the formulation of marketing strategies, suggested product and product line modifications, as well as pricing adjustments.
• Advocating for the Baxter Culture by fostering positive ongoing relationships and activities.
• A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or 6 years of experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in capital equipment sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IV Therapy and associated products is a bonus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication, as well as negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to analyze and interpret data to develop effective sales targeting strategies.
• Travel is necessary and may involve trips to remote or urban locations, either independently or accompanied by other personnel.
