Infusion Patient Assistance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate and support patients in enrolling in copay and foundation assistance programs.

• Prepare and dispatch enrollment forms along with associated correspondence for patient assistance programs.

• Remain updated on federal, state, and contractual guidelines pertaining to copay assistance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate benefit navigation.

• Provide assistance to Patient Ambassadors with intricate benefit cases.

• Create, clarify, and validate advance beneficiary notices (ABNs).

• Aid patients facing financial difficulties through the internal Soleo Assistance Program.

• Oversee renewals for manufacturer, foundation, and Soleo Assistance Program cases.

• Ensure adherence to manufacturer program requirements, including report generation and upkeep.

• Assist supervisors and managers with designated special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion specialty pharmacy.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines.

• Capability to interpret payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units.

• Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple referrals and priorities while meeting productivity and quality standards.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of CPR+ is preferred.

• Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, during standard business hours from 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
