This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of project scope, budget, timelines, and results.
• Oversee the complete project delivery process from initial request to go-live.
• Ensure projects align with business strategy and effectively manage change.
• Conduct robust governance, reporting, and decision-making sessions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Communicate assertively with senior stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Inspire and direct cross-functional project teams.
• Advocate for agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Deliver technology solutions that empower the business.
• Lead intricate IT and cloud-based projects from inception to completion.
• Design solutions, manage risks, and ensure secure and seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to drive impactful change while minimizing disruption.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering IT and infrastructure projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong grasp of cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, telephony) and contemporary delivery practices.
• Experience operating within IT control frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Confidence in challenging technical teams and vendors.
• Experience working with both on-shore and off-shore suppliers.
• Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure and operating systems.
• Proactive, organized, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Successful candidates must complete relevant employment checks, including verification of recent employment, address, credit history, and a standard criminal record check.
