This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated frameworks for diagnostics, validation, and remediation for production NVIDIA and AMD GPU hardware.

• Engineer and support Python-based agents, services, APIs, and Ansible automation for tasks such as hardware provisioning, telemetry collection, health monitoring, and production onboarding.

• Analyze workload performance, utilization, thermals, and diagnostic outputs to identify hardware and system-related issues.

• Implement and refine testing and verification processes for production onboarding and Return Material Authorization (RMA).

• Create tools that regulate hardware deployment, enforce quality standards, and minimize infrastructure risks.

• Document system designs, automation logic, validation methodologies, and operational procedures while maintaining accurate records in Jira.

• Identify gaps in testing, validation, and automation, and collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to document work effectively, including executed commands, observations, and results.

• Proficient in Linux, with experience in production environments utilizing command-line interfaces.

• Ability to design, write, and modify Python and shell scripts for infrastructure diagnostics, automation, and validation workflows; proficiency required post-initial training.

• Familiarity with Ansible is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to collaborate with technical teams.

• Understanding of data center networking concepts and protocols, including DHCP, IPv6, and ICMP.

• Capacity to work with engineering teams to deliver automation solutions, enhance reliability, and create production-ready tools.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
