Infrastructure Engineer, Bridge Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of client installations, which include software, hardware, server migrations, and various projects.

• Organize, plan, schedule, and communicate all aspects of site and non-site installations and projects.

• Interact with external clients, account managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate the allocation of skilled personnel while adhering to time constraints.

• Provide regular updates on active projects, highlighting any risks that may impact timely and budget-compliant completion.

• Update the service delivery calendar with engineers' service calls and relay client instructions accordingly.

• Inform relevant stakeholders about any changes to the schedule.

• Accurately document pertinent data in all systems.

• Foster and maintain effective working relationships across various departments.

• Adhere to workplace health and safety standards.

• Carry out other responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in infrastructure technologies such as cabling, wireless systems, A/V solutions, end-user devices, and PC imaging.

• Background in IT project management is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate IT and project coordination.

• Over 2 years of technical support experience in a global environment is preferred.

• Proficient in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Experienced in vendor coordination and resolving issues remotely.

• Strong abilities in communication, organization, and client engagement.

• Knowledgeable about project management practices and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable.

• Must possess a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
