Infrastructure Engineer – Bridge Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all client installations, which encompass software, hardware, server migrations, and various projects.

• Organize, schedule, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of both site and non-site installations and projects.

• Liaise with external clients, account managers, and engineers to guarantee efficient delivery of projects and installations.

• Coordinate and communicate the allocation of skilled personnel within designated time constraints.

• Provide updates on active projects, including identifying risks that may impact timely and budget-compliant completion.

• Reflect service calls from engineers in the service delivery calendar and relay client instructions accordingly.

• Notify relevant stakeholders of any schedule adjustments.

• Accurately document pertinent data across all systems.

• Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships across various departments.

• Adhere to workplace health and safety standards.

• Execute additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies, including cabling, wireless, audio/visual systems, end-user devices, and PC imaging.

• Preferred background in IT project management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate IT and project coordination.

• At least 2 years of technical support experience in a global environment (preferred).

• Proficient in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Experienced in coordinating with vendors and resolving issues remotely.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and client engagement skills.

• Well-versed in project management methodologies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable.

• Possesses a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Availability to work during EST hours (US).
