Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with development teams to create dependable financial services for clients.

• Enhance and refine release processes, as well as continuous integration and deployment automation.

• Expand application monitoring and alerting capabilities.

• Engage in an on-call rotation alongside infrastructure engineers and developers.

• Resolve issues related to user-facing and internal services.

• Diagnose incidents occurring in production environments.

• Develop and maintain the platform that supports Ondo’s financial offerings, which includes cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, delivery pipelines, monitoring, and related tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and experiment.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes: ability to deploy, inspect, and troubleshoot workloads.

• Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Linux internals.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code or infrastructure-as-data methodologies for infrastructure management.

• Knowledge of the GitOps methodology for application management.

• Proficiency with the Prometheus stack or similar monitoring solutions.

• Experience in building infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (preferred).

• Programming skills in Go, Python, or another modern, widely-used programming language (preferred).

• Experience managing stateful workloads in production environments, in addition to stateless services (preferred).
