Infrastructure Application and Database SME – Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Database Infrastructure Support Services.

• Oversee the design, implementation, security, performance optimization, patching, and migration of Oracle enterprise databases.

• Manage Oracle high availability, replication, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and OEM 13c monitoring.

• Provide mentorship to DBAs and engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A decade of experience in database administration and infrastructure management with a focus on Oracle.

• Proven experience in supporting DoD or Federal enterprise Oracle database environments.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle administration, OEM 13c, replication, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and technical leadership.

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification is required.

• Must possess one of the following certifications: Oracle OCA/OCP or Oracle WebLogic Server 12c or higher.

• A Secret security clearance is necessary.

• Availability to occasionally participate in meetings at designated DLA sites.
