Infrastructure and Operations Analyst, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee production environments and applications, proactively detecting incidents and performance issues.

• Examine logs, metrics, and system behavior utilizing observability tools.

• Assist in incident resolution in partnership with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.

• Carry out operational routines and modifications through automated processes.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and alerts for operational monitoring and KPI visibility.

• Engage in the support and management of critical environments.

• Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, and ongoing enhancements.

• Take part in deployments, validations, and post-production monitoring activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or university degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of infrastructure, networking, and monitoring.

• Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
