Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of cloud architecture, ensure systems reliability, and support CI/CD automation while maintaining corporate security posture.

• Conduct vulnerability scanning and implement security hardening measures.

• Guarantee adherence to security standards and policies.

• Design, implement, and manage servers across AWS, GCP, and Docker environments.

• Supervise logging, auditing, alerting, resource monitoring, domain/DNS management, disaster recovery, and incident response activities.

• Promote infrastructure as code using Terraform, enhance performance, and optimize cloud costs.

• Develop, refine, and sustain automated deployment pipelines while ensuring effective secrets management.

• Manage software dependency updates, oversee infrastructure-to-backend integrations, and coordinate ETL data pipeline operations.

• Lead the forecasting of infrastructure budgets and manage account billing.

• Establish and enforce IT and security policies throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with AWS, GCP, and Terraform.

• Proficient in Docker and Linux environments.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS protocols.

• Experience working with MySQL databases.

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and JavaScript.

• Preferred: Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD.

• Preferred: Knowledge of AI for automation and security, and familiarity with NIST and SOC 2 frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience with Redis / Valkey and Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Node.js, Elixir, and Go programming languages.
